DUNCAN DRURY

Henry Freeman

Duncan trained at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama and at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. His most recent work includes Trainspotting: The Musical, Dr Frank ‘n’ Furter in The Rocky Horror Experience (Wyrley Productions), Sherlock Holmes in The Hound of The Baskervilles (Lantern Light) and MacBeth (Churchill Theatre Bromley).

Faith Beckett

Eliza trained at New York’s American Academy of Dramatic Arts and, whilst working in the USA, appeared in Your Alice, BAM, Off-Broadway; Me and the Girls opposite Alan Cumming; Fairycakes opposite Matthew Broderick; Julius Caesar; Blithe Spirit; Wendy Darling & Peter Pan and Precious Little Talent (New York Innovative Theatre Award Winner).

 

Her UK stage appearances include Summer in the City (Upstairs at the Gatehouse); Three Queens (Barons Court); Your Alice (Edinburgh / Arcola); Or Nearest Offer (Almeida); Romeo & Juliet (Churchill Theatre); Fine, Thanks (Savoy) and Little Pieces of Gold (Southwark Playhouse). Her TV work includes The Secrets of Quantum Physics (BBC / Amazon) with original song 'Tangled Up With You' and her audio drama work includes Doctor Who with Christopher Eccleston.

ROBBIE BELLEKOM

Elizabeth Busfield

Writer & 

Robbie trained at East 15 drama school. Recent theatre credits include: Ink Lord in Villain, Interrupted (Dolls in Amber at the Vaults Festival), Adrian/Fiona in Rotterdam (Theater Richtie) and Pam in Love, Life, Chips (Dogwood Productions). 


Puppetry credits include: Sarah and Duck (MEI Entertainment), Pinocchio (Norwich Puppet Theatre), When Seagulls Saved the World (Brave Biscuit Studios) and Awful Auntie (Birmingham Stage Company).


Robbie is also a writer and recently co-wrote and toured in Another Winter’s Tale for Dogwood Productions. 

ALASTAIR COLLINGWOOD

Alastair has written music for numerous theatre shows, including Betty in London’s West End and for Cora with Dana Gillespie (Lyric Hammersmith and touring the USA). His extensive TV credits include French and Saunders (BBC1) and Saturday Live Again! (ITV 1); the sitcoms, Mad About Alice (BBC 1) and Rhona (BBC 2); plus Vanessa’s Real Lives (ITV 1), Killer Shark Live (Five) and How Clean Is Your House? (Channel 4), amongst many others.

 

Alastair composed and performed in Dogwood's Another Winter's Tale and has written and performed with comedienne Jackie Clune, and in the comedy shows The Day The Music Died (BBC Radio 2) and Happy Families (BBC Radio 4).  His awards include a Fringe First as a performer and for Best Music at the Edinburgh Fringe.

SHONA MAULE

Emma Busfield

Bermudian by birth, Shona trained at The Guildford School of Acting. Her theatre credits include The Threepenny Opera at Cornwall’s famous Minack Theatre. Sha has also appeared recently in Marie Curie (Aria Entertainment), A Midsummer Night’s Dream (OVO), The Importance of Being Earnest (OVO) and Jack and the Beanstalk, as Sally in Me and My Girl, Betty Blue Eyes and Romeo & Juliet.

 

Shona is also an accomplished musical director, pianist and woodwind musician

CHARLIE STAUNTON

Charlie is an actor, performer and poet hailing from Hereford . He has just spent a year in Germany with White Horse Theatre Company touring their production of The Comedy of Errors. Other recent work includes Sheep for Naughty Corner Productions, The Bending of the Whip for Arcadian Owls and Lord Somerset in Uprising for Unity Musicals.

 

As a poet he was a BBC Radio1Extra Words First Winner 2022 and the inaugural Resident Spoken Word Artist 2022/23 at the Shakespeare North Playhouse.. His work has been commissioned by the BBC, Channel 4, and The National Trust and has been heralded for its sensitive, comedic and playful style. His work is also on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and BBC iPlayer.

ANTONY BELLEKOM

Writer & Director

Antony is a former Director of BBC Radio 4‘s The Archers. His theatre work includes Chicane’s Law at The Gate, Troubaritz for Framework Theatre, The Promise, a ballad opera that toured cathedrals, and a devised piece, Radio, Radio that was created for and performed in the hold of a converted cargo ship. He has directed Dogwood’s recent productions that have been seen throughout England, from Cornwall to London,  to the north of England, as well as appearing at the RSC in Stratford and on BBC Radio 4.

 

His No Way Back production won the Silver Medal at the New York Radio Festival. Amongst his other radio drama productions is Michael Eaton’s acclaimed A Chorus From The Gallows. Antony is a former Managing Editor of BBC Radio 2 and BBC 6 Music.
